The Molinati team dedicates daily efforts to finding solutions aimed at providing better and more attentive customer service.
One of our key focus areas is managing the customer relationship throughout the entire process: from the initial request for a quote to post-sale support.
In this regard, we have chosen to make all data collected by our Quality Control Center accessible to our customers. This can be done by accessing our FTP server and entering the product code marked on our racks.
The Molinati team is very excited about this innovation because it allows us not only to provide useful information to the buyer but also to make the entire sales process more clear and traceable.
