The Molinati DST Series of precision gear racks with modular pitch Q6 are produced in variable length (500 to 1000 mm) and module (1.5 to 6 mm) and deviate from the standard of hardened and ground helical toothed gear racks due to the position of the bores that allow a greater rigidity of the transmission.
The toothing hardening is carried out according to specific parameters and the entire production process is monitored to ensure maximum quality and efficiency for the customer.
